Tenant Placement & Screening

All applicants are screened using the same written Tenant Selection Criteria. Approval decisions are based on documented standards and applied consistently in compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Maintenance & Repairs

Maintenance requests are submitted in writing and handled by licensed and insured vendors. Emergency issues are addressed immediately. Owners are notified according to agreed authorization limits.

Management fees, leasing fees, and renewal fees are fully disclosed in the management agreement. No hidden charges.
