Use of Services

Cowtown Realty LLC provides real estate, asset management, BPO, transaction coordination, compliance, communications, reporting, and related operational services. You agree to use these services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable rules, policies, and agreements.

Accounts and Access

Some parts of our services require an approved user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Cowtown Realty LLC may approve, limit, suspend, or revoke access at its discretion to protect the integrity of the platform, clients, transactions, and compliance obligations.

Operational Communications

By using our services and providing contact information, you agree that Cowtown Realty LLC may send operational communications related to your account, assigned assets, transactions, tasks, compliance items, showing activity, scheduling, deadlines, and platform administration.

SMS Terms

If you enable text alerts in your profile, you agree to receive operational text messages from Cowtown Realty LLC. These messages are not marketing messages. They are used for internal business and transaction operations.

  • Purpose: operational alerts for assigned tasks, overdue notices, property communications, showing feedback, and transaction status updates
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies based on account activity, assigned properties, and operational events
  • Opt-in: users opt in by enabling text alerts within their user profile in the platform
  • Opt-out: users may disable text alerts in their profile or contact Cowtown Realty LLC to stop SMS delivery

  • Carrier notice: message and data rates may apply

Mobile opt-in data and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Content, Records, and Documents

Users may upload, receive, store, process, and manage transaction files, communications, checklists, photos, and related records through our systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the materials you provide are accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the transaction or assignment involved.

No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

We work to keep our systems available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, outages, third-party failures, or other reasons beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cowtown Realty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including system downtime, communication delays, data loss, or third-party service failures.

Cowtown Realty LLC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
